Our Monaco, Bermuda and Lucia ranges of traditional bathroom cabinets are the perfect way to create an elegant traditional look in your new bathroom. And of course, including bathroom cabinetry in your project is practical too – think of all the storage space!
1 – Wall to Wall in Inky Blue
This bathroom design using our Monaco traditional bathroom cabinets is a very good solution for a main family bathroom or an en-suite. This particular combination includes the Combination Vanity with Traditional Basin and the Hudson Toilet with a wooden seat… and of course, these all-important Brushed Brass details. If you’re planning what cabinets to order, our experts can advise, either by phone, live online chat or email, via our Contact page.

2 – A Simple Chalk White Vanity Cabinet
Go for a bold contrast with dark-painted panelling and a very traditionally styled vanity cabinet. Our Bermuda Chalk White vanity has a marble-style top and a curved countertop basin, teamed with a tall, brushed brass tap. The cabinet is spacious, with a single shelf and there is plenty of room for a stack of towels, and even taller items will easily sit on the shelf. Complete the look with a round mirror, such as our Mollie, which comes in 500mm, 600mm and 800mm diameters.

3 – Choose Three items of Cabinetry
Three individual items of cabinetry create a very traditional look – but with the contemporary advantage of a back-to-wall toilet, which allows all pipework to be concealed and of course, looks neater as well. This layout is a good look for a bathroom where the bath is perhaps freestanding on the other side of the room or against the opposite wall. The cabinets here are the Lucia Graphite Grey Vanity with a Marble Style Top and Curved Counter Top Basin. The WC cabinet is our Traditional Graphite Grey Back to Wall Unit, and the wall cabinet is the Graphite Grey mirror cabinet with matching grooved side panel details.

4 – A Compact Look with Just Three Items of Cabinetry
Not every bathroom has the space for a wide vanity cabinet, as we’ve shown above, but don’t worry, it can be done with a standard 600mm wide cabinet too, such as our Monaco Chalk White Basin Vanity, which has a plinth so it sits flush on the floor. We love the traditional style ceramic basin too, and these cabinets can be combined with others to get a fully fitted look as well. Here we’re sticking to the three items, the vanity, a back-to-wall unit and a mirror cabinet.

5 – A Combination Unit In Midnight Green
A combination unit may be a contemporary idea but using that concept with our Shaker-look Bermuda traditional style cabinets in Midnight Green is the best of both worlds. Our combination units can be installed with the toilet on the right or left as preferred. In this layout, which is 1100mm wide, the look is also given a very traditional flourish with the choice of a Hudson toilet with a Midnight Green wooden seat. Continue the classic theme with white ceramic tiles and black accessories… the perfect combination!

6 – A Clever Corner Idea
The smallest cloakroom or bathroom can still make a style statement by including a corner traditional bathroom cabinet. Our Lucia Dove Grey Corner Basin Vanity is a classic solution to a smaller space in a period home, providing an extremely useful storage cupboard as well as a neat corner basin. This is an all-in-one ceramic basin with a little upstand and is styled with brushed brass accessories. It’s 400mm wide and 400mm deep, so it will be a good fit for a small space, particularly an understairs cloakroom perhaps.

7 – A Double Traditional Bathroom Cabinet
We love the symmetry of this bathroom. The focus is on a Bermuda Dove Grey double vanity with marble-style tops, a pair of towel rings and a round mirror sitting in the middle of the wall. Grey walls match the grey cabinets, and ivory-painted wall panelling ensures a very traditional period look. This cabinet configuration is 1200mm wide, and the Curved Counter Top Basins are designed to be used with tall taps – these are our Severn Chrome High Rise Basin Mixer Taps.

8 – Focus on The Floor Cabinets
Maintain a great storage area but leave the walls more or less clear by choosing floor cabinets over a double layer that includes wall cabinets. This emphasises the height and spacious feel of a larger room and also allows architectural details such as deep coving, to stand out. Here is our Monaco Graphite Grey bathroom furniture, with a fully fitted appearance, thanks to the full plinth.
