At Bathroom Mountain we like to keep things as simple as possible. Your time is precious and all we want is for you to have your dream bathroom, so if a product isn’t quite right, we have a clear policy to help you.
One thing that we ask is that you check your order as soon as its delivered and report any issues to our Customer Services team within 48 hours at email@example.com
To summarise, if you don’t like a product, simply return it within 14 days of receiving it...
All you need to do is to follow this simple returns process:
1. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Tell us your order number and the reason you would like to return the item
3. Provide a telephone number & email address for us to contact you
4. Wait for us to contact you...

Unwanted item will need to be returned at your own cost
You are free to choose a courier of your choice. We recommend that you use a fully insured service.
All products will need to be returned in a resellable condition and will need to be in its original, undamaged packaging (and/or pallet). Any damages to the packaging including writing on the box will be subject to a repackaging fee upto 20% of the price.
As long as you have done this within 14 days of receiving a product and it is still in an unused condition, we’ll be able to offer you a full refund.
